Alice Caroline would like to invite you to embark on a delightful journey through the whimsical realm of Alice’s Wonderland, a stunning sampler quilt featuring a large variety of blocks and techniques. Whether you enjoy the rhythmic repetition of patchwork, the artistic freedom of applique or the meditative precision of English Paper Piecing, this quilt will provide you with endless joy.
Starting with the simplest patchwork techniques and building from there, you will learn one or two basic techniques across ten different blocks, each one creating completely different patterns simply by using new arrangements and placements. Full sized English paper piecing and appliqué templates, including Alice’s hand-drawn designs, are provided. Each block forms a 6-inch square which then joins together at the end with the other blocks to make the finished quilt comprising of 100 beautiful blocks.
Featuring a stunning rainbow of 130 Liberty Fabrics, the team at Patchwork with Gail B have done the work for you and have carefully selected 100+ different rainbow Tana Lawns to recreate the perfect look for the Alice’s Wonderland Quilt. We have also selected the Emma Louise premium quilters muslin for the background.
