Now available as a gorgeous hardback book, the much-loved Alice’s Country Diary contains 111 pages of full-colour photography, detailed step-by-step instructions, and iron-on transfers for all of the embroidery designs. The quilt combines a variety of satisfying techniques including embroidery for the botanical motifs, English Paper Piecing for the surrounding rings, appliqué, and simple patchwork to bring the whole piece together.

There are 25 different botanical embroidery designs, each framed with a gorgeous English Paper Pieced border. The book also includes clear guidance on a wide range of embroidery stitches such as satin stitch, daisy chain, French knots and many more, making it suitable for confident beginners as well as experienced stitchers.
