By purchasing this product I understand that I have notified Patchwork with Gail B that I wish to enroll in the ‘Liberty Fabric Club.
The minimum enrolment period for the Liberty Fabric Club is 12 months (6 Installments). I understand that by purchasing this product I am enrolling for a minimum of 12 months and after this period I am able to opt out at any time. This must be done in writing to Patchwork with Gail B with AT LEAST 4-weeks’ notice.
By purchasing this product I understand that the first payment will be processed on the next processing day (as shown above) and will continue to be automatically processed on the 15th of every second month.
